Plot The game begins in  As Raptor Team regroups after the jump, Aztec is killed by an unknown entity. When the team finds him, they discover that whatever killed him also killed and dismembered a nearby squad of KPA. The remaining members of Raptor Team proceed with the mission, and find the hostages' boat frozen near the coast of the island. They also get their first look at the aliens who have been attacking their team, when a flying alien machine sneaks up on them and snatches Jester, killing him shortly thereafter. The first hostage the team rescues turns out to be a  Nomad makes his way to Dr. Rosenthal's research complex, where he has found a rare fossilized artifact predating humanity by two million years. The partially excavated artifact resembles one of the flying machines (designated "exosuits") that has been attacking the team. Plot "The Journey" is the story-based mode in the EA game FIFA 17. It depicts the rookie season of a teenage player named Alex Hunter (Tomiwa Edun) as he makes his way through the Premier League. There is a prologue section that shows a 10 year Alex Hunter competing in a youth city championship. The game goes to penalties and either Alex or his friend Gareth Walker (Lewis Reeves) scores the winning goal. We are also introduced to Alex's grandfather Jim Hunter (Fred Sunderland) who was a star striker in the 1960s, his supportive mother Catherine(Sharon Duncan-Brewster) and his father Harold--a guy with issues. Fast forward seven years and we see Alex and Gareth going to a scouting combine where they need to finish in the top 10 in the prospects list to get a contract. Plot Set in  Detroit  during the year  2038 , the city has been revitalized by the invention and introduction of  androids  into everyday life. But when androids start behaving as if they are alive, events begin to spin out of control. Step into the roles of the story’s pivotal three playable characters ( Kara ,  Connor , and  Markus ), each with unique perspectives, motivations and abilities as they face their true selves and question their values. Plot Aloy travels to The Cut, the home of the Banuk tribe, after hearing word of dangerous machines appearing and a mountain belching smoke. There, she learns from a local chieftain named  Aratak  that the Banuk have been attempting to battle a  Daemon  on the mountain,  Thunder's Drum , which is apparently the cause of the machines in the area attacking the Banuk. However, their first attack had been a failure, and their shaman,  Ourea , had disappeared afterwards. Aloy searches for Ourea, coming across  strange robotic towers  which corrupt any nearby machines. She finds Ourea in an Old World facility that had been converted into a Banuk shrine, and is housing an AI they call the  Spirit  that the Banuk have been worshiping as a god. Aloy is able to establish communications with the Spirit, which warns Ourea that the Daemon is blocking its transmissions before being cut off. Aloy and Ourea agree to work together to save the Spirit. However, Aloy must first oust Aratak and replace

Plot The game is set seven years after  Cole MacGrath  activated the Ray Field Inhibitor (RFI) to destroy a Conduit (a superhuman named for their ability to channel powers) named  John White  AKA the Beast and cure the Plague, sacrificing himself and the conduits alive then. Fearing the Conduits' abilities, the United States forms the  Department of Unified Protection  (D.U.P.), an organization that handles any sort of bio-terrorism to ensure that events similar to those of  Empire City  and  New Marais  do not happen again.  It is also revealed that the D.U.P. renamed Conduits " Bioterrorists " and have been rounding them up. Using propagandized messages via news and public services, the D.U.P. forced many Conduits out of hiding by turning the general public against them, and sent them to  Curdun Cay , a prison designed to contain and experiment on Conduits. He spots a  woman  approaching the counter who orders a beer, to which he also orders one and offers to pay for her beer as well. The woman claims that she's capable of paying for her own beer, to which Zeke simply replies "Good, glad to hear it, you can get the next round". He looks her over and notices that she isn't from New Marais, so he decides to tell a story to try woo her. Reluctant to listen to Zeke, the woman ignores him and claims that she has better things to do than spend time with someone that reads "kiddie books". Zeke then claims that his so-called "kiddie book" helped him save Cole from eternal damnation. Gaining interest by his mention of Cole, the woman sits down to hear his story. He asks if she's ever heard of Pyre Night, to which she replies that she hasn't, and he begi

Plot A month after the death of  Kessler  and the revelation of "The Beast", the bike courier turned  Conduit  Cole MacGrath encounters the  NSA  Agent  Lucy Kuo , who told him that she and an associate, Dr.  Sebastian Wolfe  - a scientist who worked on the  Ray Sphere  pre-finalization, can help him prepare to defeat the Beast, on the condition of coming with her to the city of New Marais. Though reluctant, Cole would eventually agree to her terms, and prepares to depart the city along with  Zeke Dunbar . Though, just right before their departure, the Beast arrives at Empire City earlier than expected, and Cole was forced to take action. Returning to the city, Cole managed to defeat the Beast, or so he thought. Just as he was about to return to the boat, a reformed Beast grabs him and suppresses part of his powers, right before Cole makes a desperate escape attempt by summoning a  lightning storm  down on the Beast.
