Game Storyline

Plot A year after the  events in Atlantis , the unexplained and continual strengthening of  Earth's magnetic field  has started to disrupt global satellite communications and is adversely affecting the environment. Plot Two years after the events of  Dragon Ball Xenoverse , the protagonist receives a special mission from Elder Kai, which involves correcting history after it has changed. On the way there, they meet the Supreme Kai of Time, a  deity  who watches over time, and her bird, TokiToki. After meeting Elder Kai, they are granted their first mission, which is to correct  Goku 's battle with Raditz after he's been enhanced by dark magic. Meanwhile, Towa and Mira, who've caused history to change, have gathered allies, including Turles, Lord Slug, and a mysterious masked Saiyan, later revealed to be Goku's father, Bardock, from different parts of the timeline. During the Attack of the Saiyans Saga, Turles attempts to intercept Goku to prevent him from assisting the Z Fighters against Nappa and  Vegeta , only to be stopped by the combined forces of the Time Patroller and Goku. Plot Unlike the previous games of the series that usually follow the original  Dragon Ball  story,  Xenoverse  features an entirely new story, featuring the player's custom character. The 2014 V-Jump #7 issue, in which the game was announced, draws attention to a mysterious figure watching the first battle between  Goku  and  Vegeta  from the shadows. With red hair, a scouter, and the Capsule Corporation logo on his sleeve, this character's identity was not clear. However, it was later revealed that this character is in fact a newly created character, confirming character creation feature. Another returning character is Time Patrol  Trunks  from  Dragon Ball Online , who helps the player. Two new areas are also showcased: a completely new area named the Time Vault, and the other being a high-tech city with what appears to be a Time Machine landed on it. Plot The game takes place sometime between "Universe 6" and "Future Trunks" arcs of  Dragon Ball Super . The game's main antagonist, Android 21 (or later, her evil-half), was a normal female human who eventually became an Android created by the Red Ribbon Army after her son became the model for Android 16. Once she awakens, she repairs 16 and uses the Dragon Balls to resurrect Frieza, Cell, Nappa, and the Ginyu Force, and seals away the powers and souls of all of Earth's strongest warriors. Wanting to control the hungry monster within her, she and 16 develop a linking system originally created by Dr. Gero in which a human soul (the player) can possess the warriors and provide them strength. Plot In order to do so, Goku and Vegeta will have to train further and awaken their next level of power: the SSGSS transformation. While this boss battle episode is built upon the setting from the movie, it also has its own original story to match the setting and outcomes of the base game.  

Plot Training With Whis - Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot Whis offers two types of training, Super Level-Up Training and Limit Break Training. At first only the former will be available to the player, which consists of a  series of battles against Whis  at various levels. The unique thing about these battles is the battle conditions tied to each one. These battle conditions modify the fight, such as increasing the player's melee damage or reducing the Ki cost of the player's super attacks, and should inform the player on the best strategy to use if they find themselves struggling to beat one of the training missions. These missions are set at levels 5, 25, 45, 70, 100, 150, and 200 and reward items that grant experience points. The other type of training Whis offers is  Limit Break  Training, which serves as an alternate method to unlock transformations. These battles are much more straightforward, as they do not employ the battle conditions, and are set at levels 20, 35, 60, 75, and 10

Plot This game follows the main protagonist  Goku  and the  Z-Fighters . Unlike most of the games in the franchise,  Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot  is both a  role playing game  and a  fighting game . The player can do more than just battle their opponents, like fishing, collect Z orbs, eating, drive around with their hover Car, training and putting characters in soul emblems as if the player is part of the surrounding  Dragon Ball  world. [7]  The game follows the progression of  Dragon Ball Z , while the player interacts with the surrounding world as the different playable characters. This allows the player to explore the world, complete side quests, and progress the story. Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot  currently follows the main story of the  Dragon Ball Z  series, with some new added moments .  The game is broken up into four storylines, beginning with the first chapter known as the  Saiyan Saga , followed by the  Namek Saga , continued with the  Android Saga , during the Android Saga The playe

Plot Revenge of King Piccolo  follows the story of  Dragon Ball , beginning from the start of  Goku 's adventures during the  Red Ribbon Army Saga  up until the defeat of  King Piccolo . This game is not a game in the fighting genre, but is instead a beat'em up game, much like 2004's GameBoy Advance game  Dragon Ball: Advanced Adventure .  

Plot The game begins with the selection of one of three lifepaths for the player character V (Gavin Drea or  Cherami Leigh ): Nomad, Streetkid, or Corpo. All three lifepaths involve V starting a new life in Night City with local thug Jackie Welles (Jason Hightower) and having various adventures with a netrunner, T-Bug. In 2077, local fixer Dexter DeShawn ( Michael-Leon Wooley ) hires V and Welles to steal a biochip known as "the Relic" from Arasaka Corporation. They acquire the Relic, but the plan goes awry when they witness the murder of the megacorp's leader Saburo Arasaka ( Masane Tsukayama ) at the hands of his treacherous son Yorinobu (Hideo Kimura). Yorinobu covers up the murder as a poisoning, and triggers a security sweep in which T-Bug is killed by Arasaka's netrunners. Plot The London Branch of DedSec, led by Sabine Brandt and her newly crafted  AI , Bagley, detect armed intruders planting explosives in the  Houses of Parliament . DedSec operative Dalton Wolfe goes to defuse the bombs and discovers the intruders to be members of a rogue hacker group called "Zero Day". While Dalton manages to prevent Parliament's destruction, he is swiftly gunned down by drones commanded by Zero Day's leader, who detonates additional explosives around London and orders an attack on DedSec's hideout, forcing Sabine to shut down Bagley and go into hiding. In the wake of the bombings, the British government contract Albion with restoring order to London and hunting down DedSec, who are held responsible for the chaos, effectively causing social and political unrest amongst the city's inhabitants. Months later, Albion enforces the law without political oversight, transforming the city into a  surveillance state  with the aid of SIRS ─ a collation

Plot Automata Automata  deals with  Nudle 's new self-driving car, the  CyruX , which utilizes biometric data as well as  CT OS  connectivity as both a security measure and to adjust itself to the driver. DedSec immediately sees potential for abuse and moves in right away to expose this fact. Bad Medicine Bad Medicine  is about ransomware affecting hospitals' computer systems and DedSec's endeavors to stop this. This causes Marcus Holloway to cross paths with  Jordi Chin , who teams up with Marcus against the  Russian mob . Caustic Progress Caustic Progress  introduces a new tech corporation,  RenSense , who develops nanotechnology. When Marcus learns they are conducting experiments on the homeless, implanting robo-technology into them, he and his  DedSec  crew form an unusual alliance with  Lenni  to stop the epidemic of "robo-hobos". Off the Hook Off the Hook  is another mission added in the DLC.  

Plot In 2016, three years after the  events of Chicago ,  San Francisco  becomes the first city to install the next generation of ctOS ( c en t ral  O perating  S ystem) – a computing network connecting every device together into a single system, developed by technology company Blume. Hacker Marcus Holloway, punished for a crime he did not commit through ctOS 2.0, decides to join hacking group DedSec (composed of hackers Sitara Dhawan, Josh Sauchak, Horatio Carlin, and an unnamed hacker who only goes by his codename Wrench), and conducts an initiation test by hacking a Blume server farm to wipe his profile from the system. DedSec determines that the new ctOS can covertly harm innocent citizens across the city, and thus decides to bring about awareness of their goals through conducting a social media campaign to recruit, by exposing corruption and crimes being conducted through the system, before bringing down Blume. Plot A year after the main events of  Watch Dogs , in 2014, Kenney decides to leave Chicago after performing what he thought was his last hacking job: removing more data about him from the Blume servers and planting a fake trail to lead Blume away from him. However, he later learns that this isn't the case as he receives a call from former colleague Tobias Frewer, asking for help after he had been kidnapped by Fixers and stuffed in the trunk of their vehicle. After rescuing Frewer, Kenney concludes that the Fixers were most likely hired by Blume, and realizes that if they knew where to find Frewer, they would eventually be able to find him, so he decides to get the Fixers off his and Frewer's trail for good. Kenney soon learns that Markowicz is among the Fixers looking for him, and manages to track him down.
