While this boss battle episode is built upon the setting from the movie, it also has its own original story to match the setting and outcomes of the base game.

  Plot   More than four years after the establishment of the  Hidden Ones , Bayek receives a letter from  Tahira , who states that the region of Sinai is at war with Rome, and that two members of The Hidden Ones have been killed in a massacre. Traveling to the region, Bayek meets with Tahira, who introduces him to  Gamilat , the leader of the rebels. The three plan to draw out General Rufio, the leader of the Romans in the area, by killing his lieutenants;  Tacito ,  Ptahmose , and  Ampelius . While the Hidden Ones are successful in doing so, their hideout is discovered by the Romans. An attack causes Bayek, Tahira, and  Kashta  to be captured and Bayek is crucified. Before he can be killed, however, Bayek is saved by Amunet and the two rescue Kashta and Tahira, though she later succumbs to her injuries. Plot The London Branch of DedSec, led by Sabine Brandt and her newly crafted  AI , Bagley, detect armed intruders planting explosives in the  Houses of Parliament . DedSec operative Dalton Wolfe goes to defuse the bombs and discovers the intruders to be members of a rogue hacker group called "Zero Day". While Dalton manages to prevent Parliament's destruction, he is swiftly gunned down by drones commanded by Zero Day's leader, who detonates additional explosives around London and orders an attack on DedSec's hideout, forcing Sabine to shut down Bagley and go into hiding. In the wake of the bombings, the British government contract Albion with restoring order to London and hunting down DedSec, who are held responsible for the chaos, effectively causing social and political unrest amongst the city's inhabitants.
